When is the NOOK App store officially closing?
After 03/15/2016 customers will no longer be able to purchase new applications, although they will continue to be able to download their apps onto supported NOOK devices. The NOOKdeveloper site will continue to be available to registered NOOKdeveloper partners so you can track sales etc.
How are customers being impacted?
Customers will be advised that they will no longer be able to purchase NOOKapps starting 03/15/2016, whereas they will continue to be able to use the apps they’ve already purchased.
My account setup is in Review–will that be terminated?
From this time we will not be accepting new or pending partner applications.
When will NOOK stop accepting new App submissions?
As of 03/15/2016 we will not accept updates to existing applications or new application submissions.
Can I pull my app down?
There is no need to do so and we would prefer you do not. We will mark all apps “Not for Sale” so no new purchases can be made.
What is NOOK's plans for Android Marshmallow update?
It is not our policy to comment on unannounced products or features
We lost our license and need to get app off the store, how do I do this?
Customers will not be able to purchase NOOKapps starting 03/15/2016. Your app will no longer be available to view or purchase on our store.
Can I add just one app?
As of 03/15/2016 we will not accept new applications
When will I get paid?
We will pay 30 days after the end of the final month of sales, so final payments should be transmitted by the end of April. If there are any issues please submit a request via https://nookdeveloper.zendesk.com/requests/new. After 05/15/2016 the NOOKdeveloper site will no longer be available, after that date you should email VENDORRELATION@BN.COM
What happens if a customer returns an App after the store shuts down? How will that be reported?
We will terminate all application distribution agreements on 05/15/2016 at which time we will permanently close the NOOKdeveloper portal. By that time all sales will have ceased and we will no longer track returns against accounts payable.
Where is my check? I haven’t been paid for x months etc.

I need to change my banking details. Can I still use NOOK Developer for that?
We recommend against ANY account changes at this stage however if you must, submit a request via https://nookdeveloper.zendesk.com/requests/new. After 05/15/2016 the NOOKdeveloper site will no longer be available, after that date you should email VENDORMAINT@BN.COM
Will I have continued access to NOOK Developer?
We will terminate all application distribution agreements on 05/15/2016 at which time we will permanently close the NOOKdeveloper portal. Any documents or data you wish to retain must be downloaded prior to the closure.
Will customers still be able to make IAP purchases?
No, after 3/15/2016 IAP merchant services will no longer be offered. Any previous purchases will continue to be available. Fortumo will notify any developers with active IAP accounts regarding final payments, which will be made under the normal terms.
Will I be able to edit or access my account information?
At this time, we are no longer allowing developers to edit their account information, however, you may still view your existing identity, banking, and tax information as well as view reports on sales & downloads until 05/05/2016 after which time you should email VENDORRELATION@BN.COM.
